U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) seeks a reliable Driver for our Teterboro, NJ operation. This full-time role involves local deliveries to job sites, vehicle safety checks, and DOT compliance. You will coordinate with dispatch and maintain accurate logs and signatures.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating a 26-foot box truck.
• Must be strongly independent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and will be required to obtain a current DOT medical card.
• Customer Service Experience and Driving Experience.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of customers, providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make all deliveries in a safe, professional, and courteous manner.
• Complete local deliveries to job sites.
• Check vehicles for safety and proper maintenance daily, including loading and drivers logs.
• Comply with all D.O.T. regulations and complete required paperwork.
• Advise dispatcher of problems or delays during delivery runs.
• Complete all delivery documentation including logs and signatures.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or damages.
• Advise management of route problems or delays.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
