Job summary

Auto-Wares is seeking an entry-level delivery driver to ensure timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts between company stores, distribution centers, and warehouses in Green Bay, WI. The role starts and ends at the store location and includes a provided vehicle and gas card.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, full-time. Perks include competitive pay with training paths, PTO/holidays, employee discounts, and tuition reimbursement with Northwood University collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years, no major violations, no more than two moving violations and no more than one at-fault accident)
• Minimum age 21 years
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely
• Comfortable working in hot or cold environments
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lb. regularly using both arms
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Be reliable and self-sufficient
• Load, secure, and deliver parts between company stores, distribution centers, and warehouses
• Support warehouse tasks
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Handle returns and inventory transfers according to company procedures
• Represent Auto-Wares professionally during all interactions
• Assist with other tasks as directed by warehouse or delivery managers
