Job summary

Savers | Value Village is hiring a Route Driver in West Springfield, MA. You will safely operate a 16–18 ft box truck, perform daily residential pickups, and navigate routes using GPS. Expect proactive teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and routine paperwork such as inspections and delivery reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years driving a 16–18 ft box truck.
• 3–5 years clean driving record.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver and operate a 16’-18’ box truck.
• Complete daily residential routes picking up clothing, small furniture and other household items.
• Follow GPS directions and maintain efficient routes.
• Complete required daily paperwork including vehicle inspection and delivery reports.
• Assist other drivers with workload when needed.
• Ensure trucks are clean and ready for use at shift start.
• Maintain DOT Medical Card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
