Job summary

TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Driver for a local delivery route in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role offers an hourly rate of $31 plus overtime, with no-touch freight and routes that let you return home daily. You'll haul steel plates and pallets to NYC, PA, NJ, and NY on a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6 am, 10–12 hour days.

• CDL Class A license with clean MVR in last 3 years.
• 1+ year verifiable driving experience on local routes.
• Flatbed and strapping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle on local routes.
• Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule.
• Follow all transportation laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct required vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and delivery locations.
• Meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Driver for a local delivery route in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This position offers an hourly rate of $31, plus overtime, with no-touch freight and local routes that allow you to return home daily.

• Pay: $31 per hour plus OT
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 am start time. 10-12 hours per day
• Freight: hauling steel plates and pallets of steel to NYC, PA, NJ, NY
• Freight handling: No-touch freight. Strapping and securing of loads is required

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle on assigned local routes
• Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule
• Follow all applicable transportation laws, safety procedures, and company policies
• Conduct required vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and delivery locations
• CDL Class A license
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Flatbed and strapping experience required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
