Job summary

Drewry Site Development is seeking a full-time Roll-Off Driver to haul locally in Volusia County and surrounding areas. This hands-on role involves delivering and exchanging roll-off containers on active construction sites and safely moving materials between sites and disposal facilities.

You will operate primarily local routes, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintain records. A CDL (Class A or B) and a safe driving history are required; overtime is available and benefits begin

Qualifications

• CDL is required (Class A or B).
• Experience with roll-off/dump truck/civil hauling preferred.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required drug screening.

Drewry Site Development is hiring a full-time Roll-Off Driver for local civil construction hauling throughout Volusia County and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, local construction position—not an over-the-road trucking role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at construction sites
• Haul materials and debris safely between job sites and disposal facilities
• Safely load, unload, secure, and tarp containers
• Maneuver trucks through active and uneven construction sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate hauling and delivery records
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Roll-off, dump truck, or civil construction hauling experience preferred
• Safe driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required drug screening
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to communicate with site crews
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment
• Local drivers only—this is not an OTR position

Schedule and Pay

• Full-time, five days per week
• Typical hours: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Overtime available
• Pay based on experience
