Job summary

IL Logistics Inc is seeking a CDL-A Driver to operate on local and regional routes across WA, OR, ID, MT, and CA. You will follow pickup/delivery instructions, complete paperwork, and ensure DOT compliance while keeping your truck clean and communicating with dispatch.

Occasional driver-assisted unloading may be required for Discount Tire loads; daytime and nighttime shifts possible depending on schedule. Home time is every other day with 5–6 days per week.”

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CDL-A experience preferred.
• A clean MVR for the last 3 years is preferred (no points are ideal).
• Ability to pass DOT physical & drug screening.
• You must be willing to follow instructions and assist with hand unloading when necessary.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication with dispatch are essential.

Job description

As a CDL-A Driver, you’ll safely operate commercial vehicles on assigned local and regional routes across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and California.

Your responsibilities will include following pickup and delivery instructions, completing required paperwork, complying with DOT regulations, keeping your truck clean, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch.

Some Discount Tire loads require driver-assisted unloading, which involves rolling tires to the back of the trailer and scanning or placing them in designated storage areas.

Both daytime and nighttime driving may be required, depending on route schedules and delivery windows.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of CDL-A experience preferred.
• A clean MVR for the last 3 years is preferred (no points are ideal).
• Ability to pass DOT physical & drug screening.
• You must be willing to follow instructions and assist with hand unloading when necessary.

Benefits:

• Hourly rate starting at $35–$38/hour.
• Freightliners fleet in perfect condition. Automatic and Manual transmission available.
• Discount Tire unloading incentive (when required): $0.15 per tire unloaded. Extra pay is based on the tire count and the number of unloading stop points required.
• Home time: every other day home. Most drivers work 5 to 6 days per week, with most weekends off.
