Job summary

Optimum Staffing Solutions seeks a Class A CDL driver for local and regional runs in Colorado. Earn $26.00-$32.00 per hour — about $74,300-$91,300+ annually — with overtime after 40 hours and home every weekend.

Weekly pay and excellent benefits are provided. Responsibilities include delivering premium materials via Day Cab and Dry Van freight, performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate logs under DOT rules.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 24 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to operate in intrastate and interstate commerce, including local deliveries and 2-day regional routes.
• Comfortable with touch freight and cargo securement; lifting up to 55 lbs; climbing ladders; bending and kneeling.
• Ability to read bills of lading; use an iPad or tablet (preferred).
• Safety-minded with strong communication; Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Dare to pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background Check, Driving Test, and MVR Review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium surface materials (hardwood flooring, countertops, backsplash) locally and regionally.
• Operate Day Cab on local/regional routes and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Complete local multi-stop deliveries; maintain logs; comply with DOT regulations; provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing cargo using straps, chains, binders, and other equipment.
• Weekly home time and OT after 40 hours; participate in bonus programs and benefits.

• Performtouch freight, assisting with loading, unloading, and securing cargo using straps, chains, binders, and other securement equipment.
• Complete local multi-stop deliveries and regional 2-day runs while maintaining accurate logs, complying with DOT regulations, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, safely operate equipment, and assist with additional warehouse or operational duties as needed.

Requirements
