Job summary

Kuert Concrete Inc. is seeking a Ready-Mix Truck Driver (Class B) for local routes in Clinton, IN. This on-site role focuses on safe, efficient operation of ready-mix trucks with deliveries to industrial and residential customers.

The ideal candidate holds a CDL Class B (or A), a current DOT physical, and a clean driving record. You will maintain equipment, perform minor servicing, and support a safe work environment in partnership with the supervisor and team.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL is required.
• Current DOT physical
• Submit for a criminal background check
• Clear Drug/Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Pass a DOT drug screen (pre-screen)
• Pass a Pre-Employment Physical Assessment
• Spanish speaking or bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areas.
• This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of ready-mix trucks.
• Deliveries will be made in both industrial and residential areas.
• The driver is responsible for the efficient working condition and cleanliness of equipment and is expected to perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisor.
• Drivers will be expected to assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in and around the ready-mix plant as per supervisor's instruction.
• Extensive contact with the customer requires honesty, a high level of integrity, reliability, a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
