Job summary

The N2 Company, the operator of Stroll Magazine, seeks a Senior Account Executive to launch, grow, and lead a local hyperlocal publication. You’ll own a territory, build client relationships, and drive recurring revenue while blending community engagement with home-office work.

As a local publisher, you’ll recruit advertisers, shape content and partnerships, and grow an asset you own. You’ll work with N2’s national team for support and training.

Qualifications

• Must be relationship-driven with consultative sales instincts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a local business.
• Comfort with hybrid fieldwork and home-based work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model.
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication.
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
