You'll drive to assigned properties, capture exterior photos, and report basic condition details, submitting all inspections via a mobile app. This is a flexible 1099 role with training provided and no prior inspection experience required.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor / 1099 position.
• Flexible schedule — complete inspections around your availability.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
