Job summary

Tevis Family of Companies is seeking a Propane Delivery Driver to join our team in Glen Rock, PA. This role involves local deliveries with home daily and compensation in the $25-$30 per hour range.

A Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements is required, along with strong customer service and safe driving practices. Responsibilities include delivering propane to tanks, maintaining compliance, performing safety checks, and keeping accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years driving experience required.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Basic math and computer skills acceptable (Ravens).
• High level of customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane to commercial and residential tanks.
• Maintain DOT physical card, Hazmat and Class B CDL license compliance.
• Perform leak testing when disruptions occur.
• Purging lines of air and lighting appliances as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and stay safety conscious.
• Load/unload bobtail truck and manage paperwork.
• Conduct daily pre-/post-trip inspections and weekly truck lubrication/cleaning.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure accurate delivery and inventory records.
• Work overtime and some weekends during heating season.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation.
