Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses in Grand Rapids. You’ll operate propane trucks, perform daily inspections, and provide top-notch service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community. Local routes mean you’ll be home every night.

Ideal candidates have a CDL, Hazmat/Tanker endorsements or ability to obtain, a good driving record, and the willingness to work as part of a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
