Job summary

Staley Technologies in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Local Project Manager to lead local and regional projects involving infrastructure cabling and technology systems such as Wi‑Fi, access control, and CCTV. You will report to the Director of Project Management and coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience installing network infrastructure (low-voltage cabling, Wi‑Fi, access control, CCTV).
• Two years’ experience in estimating or project management.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or ability to legally work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check completed.

Overview

Join Staley Technologies, where our mission is to exceed client expectations while prioritizing safety in all our operations. We’re seeking a dedicated Project Manager who excels in project management and estimating to lead local and regional projects. This role involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of infrastructure cabling and technology systems, including Wi-Fi, access control, and CCTV. The Project Manager will be required to report to our Little Rock office Monday through Friday or as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Five years of experience in installing network infrastructure, including low-voltage cabling, Wi-Fi, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Two years of experience in estimating or project management role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or ability to legally work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• A four-year college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of strong project management experience, especially in technology deployment.
• Comprehensive experience across the project lifecycle, including new construction and technology refresh projects.
• Understanding of general accounting practices and methodologies.
