Demonstrated experience in state and local public policy, political engagement, and advocacy is required. The role reports to the Public Policy Manager, Local Government Affairs and may be remote in Indiana or Ohio, with frequent travel.
Meta seeks an experienced professional to lead the company's local government affairs efforts across the United States in support of our data center site strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for local policy engagement across Meta's existing and future data center sites in the region, working directly with local governments—including cities, counties, municipalities, and regional bodies—to advance the company's data center priorities and strengthen relationships in the communities where we build and operate. Candidates should demonstrate experience in state and local public policy, political engagement, and issue advocacy and have a strong understanding of internet, technology, infrastructure, and economic development policy. Candidates should also possess deep knowledge of and passion for Meta's products. This role reports to the Public Policy Manager, Local Government Affairs and can be based remotely in Indiana or Ohio. Frequent travel is required.
