Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking Roadrunner drivers in Hamilton, OH. No CDL required. This 1099 contract role is part-time, with Mon-Fri shifts and 24–32 hours per week. You will drive vehicles to auctions and dealerships, ride in shuttle vans, and perform safety walk-arounds.

Applicants must be 21+, have a good driving record, pass MVR/background/drug tests, and be comfortable with smartphone-based inspections and team pickup/delivery tasks. Marijuana impairment is prohibited during assignments.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Good driving record for 3 years minimum.
• Successful MVR, background and drug test.
• Ability to get in and out of vehicles repeatedly during the day.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing with or without corrective devices to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to see clearly near and far, maintain adequate peripheral vision and perceive depth and motion as well as distinguish traffic signals and sounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive passenger vehicles to and from the auto auctions and nearby dealerships or storage lots.
• Ride in a company shuttle van with other drivers to and from the pickup and drop-off locations.
• Follow other vehicles or chase van in front of you.
• Follow safe driving procedures.
• Scan vehicles with a Smart phone.
• Perform a walk around visual inspection for damage before driving the vehicle.
• Work as part of a team to provide efficient and safe pickup and delivery of vehicles.
