Fresh Coat Painters seeks a local painter with 5+ years of experience to establish a long-term 1099 subcontractor relationship in Westchester County. You must have own tools and transportation; materials will be provided.

Fully licensed, insured, and workers' comp (or exemption) status is required. A crew of 2–3+ is a bonus, and background checks will be conducted as part of vetting by the poster.

Job description

Seeking local painter with 5 years experience (~minimum) and has own tools and transportation. This opportunity is to establish a long-term 1099 subcontractor relationship for work I will secure over time in Westchester County. I will be providing the materials (paint and sundries).

You should already have a fully licensed, insured, Workers Comp holding (or exemption) business set up for yourself. This includes equipment and hardware (rollers, brushes, ladders, drop clothes, etc). Bonus if you manage people and have a painting crew of 2-3+ of your own. Should be willing to undergo a basic background check and come out clean. All applicants will be vetted personally by the job poster.

PAY RATE:
