Job summary

PSE Group is seeking a local delivery driver in Michigan to transport paint and related products using pickup trucks and cargo vans. This role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and a fast-paced, active workday with daytime hours. No CDL is required, and the role includes store support duties when not delivering.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends off. Opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong reliability, time management, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate company delivery vehicles safely in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record and report vehicle maintenance needs.
• Load and secure products for safe transport.
• Make timely deliveries to local customers while meeting service expectations.
• Unload merchandise at customer locations and verify shipment accuracy.
• Maintain delivery documentation and paperwork flow.
• Communicate customer feedback and potential sales opportunities to Sales Representatives.
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles and work areas.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
