Job summary

Painters Supply and Equipment Co. in Michigan is seeking a local, part-time delivery associate to transport paint and related products to nearby customers using company pickup trucks and cargo vans. The schedule is three days per week with weekends off, featuring daytime local routes, no overnight driving, and frequent stops. CDL is not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Strong reliability, time management, and customer-service skills

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Load and secure products for transport.
• Make timely deliveries to local customers and meet service expectations.
• Unload merchandise at customer locations and verify shipment accuracy.
• Maintain delivery documentation and paperwork flow.
• Assist with inside customer service and order processing.
• Support with picking up merchandise from local vendors as needed.
