Job summary

Painters Supply and Equipment Co. is seeking a local daytime delivery driver to transport paint and related products using company pickup trucks and cargo vans. You will focus on reliable, professional, service-driven delivery to customers with opportunities to support store operations when not delivering.

This role emphasizes a fast-paced, active workday that combines driving, customer interaction, and inventory support, not long-haul or CDL driving. Weekend work is not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong reliability, time management, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Load and secure products for safe transport.
• Make timely local deliveries to customers and verify shipments.
• Unload merchandise at customer locations and maintain delivery paperwork.
• Assist with inside customer service and order processing.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and vendor pickups.
