Qualifications

• Must hold current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Target and resolve patient concerns; monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
