Job summary

Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits and beer, is seeking a Delivery Driver in Fayetteville, NC. You will make local deliveries to retail customers, grocery stores and restaurants; a CDL is not required and the route is Monday through Friday.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, customer service and teamwork. Expect early start times, lifting 40–60 pounds, and routine vehicle inspections. Johnson Brothers offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21+ and pass a background check for ABC permit.
• Active driver’s license in your state with a clean 3-year MVR.
• Ability to lift 40–60 pounds repeatedly.
• Delivery experience is a plus but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Review customer orders to ensure accurate delivery of product.
• Merchandise to ensure rotation of wine/labels and dates.
• Resolve delivery issues with Sales Rep and/or office.
• Check pricing accuracy.
• Perform truck inspections and clean interior/exterior.
• Complete all required settlement tasks daily.
