Job summary

Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking a CDL-A Local Night Driver for home daily routes near Raleigh, NC. You’ll handle no-touch refrigerated freight servicing regional stores within 300 miles, averaging about 1–3 runs per day with 1–3 stops per run.

Shifts run nights (8–11 PM). Expect a 6-on/34-hour reset or 5-on/2-off rotation, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and orientation paid. Requires a valid CDL-A, DOT medical card, and a recent 3-month tractor-trailer background.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and active DOT medical card.
• At least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 6 months.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for commute to the distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch refrigerated freight servicing regional stores within 300 miles.
• Deliver to regional retail stores; average 1–3 runs per day with 1–3 stops per run.
• Night shifts run 8 PM to 11 PM to avoid heavy traffic and facilitate store drop-offs.
