Hearst Television is seeking a Local News Producer to craft and coordinate compelling live newscasts. You will manage content, guide reporters, and align on-air team efforts to deliver timely, accurate coverage.
The role demands strong writing/editing skills, newsroom experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, weekends, and overnights. In-person attendance is required; reporting to the Executive Producer.
WBAL-TV has an opening for a Local News Producer who knows how to create meaningful and memorable newscasts. You have creative vision and have experience making decisions and communicating the plan. You know how to win the big story, own breaking news and display important weather information. You must be fast and able to play well in a room of same-minded pros. Accuracy is job one! This position reports to the Executive Producer. The salary range is $48,000 - $53,000.
