Prosperity Home Mortgage seeks a Mortgage Consultant to guide families through the home financing journey in their local market. You’ll work with an Area Sales Leader to connect clients with mortgage solutions and build lasting relationships that drive personal and company success.

Responsibilities include consulting on programs and rates, assessing financials, and guiding clients from initial contact to closing while maintaining proactive communication and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience demonstrating proven success.
• Valid NMLS license (required)

Responsabilités

• Drive business growth by promoting Prosperity Home Mortgage across realtors, builders, and partnerships.
• Provide comprehensive consultation on residential mortgage programs, rates, and policies; analyze finances and credit to tailor loan solutions.
• Manage the full loan process from initial contact to closing, coordinating with processing and closing teams and maintaining clear client communication.
