Job summary

Footprint Solutions is looking for a Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in the Morehead City area to ensure products and displays meet client standards. The role involves stocking shelves, updating planograms, and performing audits while building relationships with store personnel.

No prior experience is required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports via mobile app.
• Building relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating with District Manager while working independently.
