Job summary

Medline Industries, LP's MedTrans division seeks a Driver to operate a Class B vehicle and deliver life-saving medical products to local customers. You will load, secure, and unload shipments, follow safety rules, and maintain accurate delivery documentation while representing Medline professionally at customer sites.

The role emphasizes timely deliveries, strong customer service, and compliance with Federal and State motor vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.
• Valid Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) for Class B or Class E license if required by state.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Must meet Federal and State requirements for commercial motor vehicles.
• Frequently move, lift, carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class B vehicle between facilities and customer destinations.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in-person support to customers and furnish documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route or schedule adjustments.
• Maintain travel and cargo log per Federal and State regulations and policy.
• Inspect vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel.
