Best Version Media is seeking a driven, community-minded sales professional to join as a Media Sales Representative in a field-based, in-person role. You will build your own local book of business, selling advertising across print magazines and companion digital products.

Commission-focused compensation with no base salary, 70–80% commissions based on monthly sales, and occasional bonuses during startup and ongoing periods. Do right by your community while earning rewards and incentives.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in advertising is a plus, especially digital or print.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
