Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a driver, preferably in mail/package delivery.
• Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow guidelines.
• Physical ability to load/unload mail and parcels of varying sizes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Basic English for safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely (van/truck) and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Load and unload mail and parcels securely.
• Deliver mail to designated points following routes and schedules.
• Maintain logs of mileage, fuel, and vehicle maintenance.
• Provide professional customer service at delivery points.
• Coordinate with dispatchers to optimize routes and resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
