4th Day Trucking is hiring a Local Intermodal Route Driver based in Indianapolis, IN. This role covers local and regional routes within a 200-mile radius, including city deliveries around Indianapolis and Chicago‑side moves, with daily home time from the Indianapolis terminal.

You’ll drive day cabs, mostly drop-and-hook, averaging about 2,000 miles per week across 17 loads. A Class A CDL is required, with Hazmat endorsement due within 60 days (reimbursed).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
• Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 60 days (fully reimbursed by the company).

Responsibilities

• Operate local/intermodal routes within Indianapolis and the surrounding 200-mile radius.
• Handle 75% drop-and-hook freight.
• Average ~2,000 miles and 17 loads weekly with consistent daily home time.
• Maintain a day cab with slip seating and follow yard policies.
