Job summary

Salt City Trucking is hiring a CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver for Edwardsville, KS. You will handle local intermodal freight with no-touch containers on a dedicated schedule, mostly night shifts, and a Sunday–Thursday work week.

Expect home daily and consistent overnight operations along with drop-and-hook, live-load, and live-unload tasks. The role requires a valid Class A CDL, at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, a clean driving record, and a current DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean driving record and valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must be flexible for local traffic and changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated local intermodal routes in KS/MO.
• Perform drop-and-hook, live-load/unload as required.
• Maintain safe, on-time delivery with no-touch container freight.
