Job summary

C.R. England is seeking CDL-A drivers for a local intermodal route offering home daily time, steady miles, and strong pay. This position supports 10–12 hour days, five days per week with a sixth day optional for extra pay.

The role features a mix of live load and drop & hook freight, a route within a 50–300 mile round trip radius, and a modern fleet with automatic transmissions. Applicants must be 21+ and pass a DOT drug screen.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A and 3+ months of current experience required.
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate local intermodal route with daily home time.
• Drive 10–12 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Deliver and pick up freight with live load and drop & hook.
• Maintain safety and comply with DOT regulations.
