Thedrivingdesk is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a local intermodal driving position based in Memphis, Tennessee. Daily home time, no-touch freight, and modern equipment come with this role.

You will operate within a ~250-mile radius, transport intermodal containers, and complete DOT logs with safety procedures. Competitive pay, home daily, and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Must pass DOT drug screen, background check, and MVR review
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Safe driving record

Responsibilities

• Safely transport loaded and empty intermodal containers
• Pick up and deliver freight between rail yards, distribution centers, warehouses, and customer locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete DOT logs and required paperwork
• Follow all rail-yard and terminal safety procedures
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule
