Job summary

Grade Potential invites tutors to connect with local students for in-person tutoring across grades and subjects. You control your availability, teaching style, and which tutoring opportunities to accept, while we handle logistics and match opportunities to your preferences.

Tutors provide weekly, in-person academic support to students working through coursework or exam prep, across K–12 and college prep. You set sessions that fit your schedule and travel within a small local radius.

Qualifications

• Experience in tutoring, teaching, or coaching.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage time and adapt to student needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in person tutoring to local students.
• Travel within your preferred local radius (typically 5-10 miles).
• Set your availability and select sessions that fit your schedule.
• Communicate with parents on student progress as needed.
