Job summary

Grade Potential is seeking tutors to work in-person with local students in the Fort Washington area. You set your own availability, choose which tutoring opportunities to accept, and travel within a small local radius to meet students’ needs.

Tutors provide weekly, in-person academic support across elementary up to college levels, covering Math, ELA, Science, foreign languages, and test prep. You control sessions and communicate progress with parents as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in tutoring, teaching, or coaching is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Looking for flexible, part-time opportunities in the Fort Washington area.
• Comfortable with in-person connection and local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in person tutoring to local students
• Support students from elementary through high school, college, and all ages
• Choose the students and sessions that fit your schedule
• Communicate with parents on student progress as needed
• Travel only within your preferred local radius (typically 5-10 miles)
