Job summary

Axis Energy Services, LLC. is seeking a Haul Truck Driver to operate and maintain haul trucks for rig move operations and designated locations.

The role requires heavy haul experience, a proven safe driving record, and ability to perform pre-trip inspections and secure loads between Axis facilities and customer sites. You will support shop mechanics and field crews as needed, follow PPE policies, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to drive in all weather conditions and determine safe driving in adverse weather.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written (English preferred).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and multiple tasks.
• Basic math, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment between Axis facility and customer locations.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate transportation trucks using proper methods and processes.
• Inspect equipment on location prior to job end.
• Ensure loads are secure and documented on field tickets.
• Log driving hours each day and manage DOT logs.
• Deliver shop and rig supplies using shop truck.
• Assist with shop maintenance and rig equipment as needed.
• Support management and field crews as required.
