Honey Homes, Inc. in Oak Brook, IL is hiring a full-time handyman/maintenance technician. This is a 40-hour weekly, Monday to Friday role with no evenings or weekends and includes full benefits.

You will work in a defined local territory, performing repairs, remodeling, and preventive maintenance for residential homes. You’ll have room to grow, access to company training, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after training and 30 days on board.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands on experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, carpenter, remodeler, or in another multi trade residential role.
• Skilled across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall, with strong troubleshooting ability.
• Attention to detail and a customer friendly attitude.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and your own tools.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work on ladders and overhead, and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair, maintenance, and remodel work across multiple trades.
• Keep home systems and appliances on a preventive maintenance schedule for your route homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships.
• Use our app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
