Job summary

SRS Merchandising in Florida is seeking a continuity merchandiser to support a local grocery store. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible, as-needed scheduling. You’ll work in a small branded cooler/freezer unit and report outcomes via a smartphone.

You will visit the store once per week, perform bi-weekly product changes, restock during visits, and monitor inventory and thermostat settings. Pay is per visit, with bi-weekly direct deposit and no reimbursement for mileage.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor (1099) role with flexible scheduling.
• Must live within the local area (0–15 miles preferred).
• Capable of reporting tasks via smartphone and taking required photos.

Responsibilities

• Visit the store once per week as scheduled.
• Bi-weekly full product changeouts, including defrosting the unit and restocking.
• Check inventory levels on other visits and restock as needed.
• Verify thermostat settings per instructions.
• Report service the same day with photos via smartphone.
