Responsibilities

• Read bills of lading to determine assignment details.
• Inspect loads to ensure security and notify warehouse if necessary.
• Secure cargo for transport using blocks, chains, and binders.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Operate truck cab computers and GPS equipment.
