Job summary

AZZ Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for the Plymouth facility on 1st shift to deliver steel products safely and on time, building strong customer relationships. Daily routes only; no OTR.

You will inspect and maintain vehicles, load/unload, complete logs, and follow regulations while helping ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries. High school diploma required; 2–5 years of experience preferred; flatbed experience a must.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• 2–5 years of commercial driving experience required.
• Experience operating a flatbed trailer truck is required.
• Steel or industrial machinery hauling experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer and deliver goods on designated daily routes.
• Inspect vehicle and maintain supplies to ensure safe operation.
• Obey traffic laws and follow established procedures.
• Load and unload trucks and/or equipment as needed.
• Record cargo and billing statements; prepare receipts and reports.
• Verify inventory loads against shipping documents.
• Maintain logs and comply with regulations.
