Job summary

SRS Merchandising is seeking a dependable Continuity Merchandiser to service a small branded cooler/freezer unit at a local grocery store. The role is an independent contractor position with flexible hours and local focus.

You will visit the store weekly, perform bi-weekly product changes, restock as needed, and ensure thermostat settings are correct. Reporting via smartphone with photos on the same day is required, with pay per visit ranging from $15 to $18.

Qualifications

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role — not W-2 employment.
• Work is as-needed gig scheduling; hours and project frequency vary by client, market, and season.
• Continuity Merchandiser needed to maintain a small branded cooler/freezer unit.

Responsibilities

• Visit the store 1 time per week (based on client requirements)
• Perform bi-weekly full product changeouts, including defrosting the unit, restocking, and updating signage
• On other visits, check inventory levels and restock as needed (20 min. average)
• Verify thermostat settings are accurate per instructions
• Report service via smartphone/device the same day, including required photos
