Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• No misdemeanors or criminal past.
• Must have over 1 year of delivery driving.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with W Bloomfield, MI and surrounding areas preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Previous delivery, logistics, or driving experience is a plus.
• Must be Drug Free, drug testing is conducted periodically.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver FedEx packages along assigned routes.
• Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient daily route completion.
• Scan and track packages using handheld devices to ensure accurate delivery confirmation.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at every stop.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic inspections of the delivery vehicle.
