LanceSoft is seeking a Physician Assistant for Family Practice on a local contract in Seattle, Washington. The role focuses on adult and geriatric care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings, with autonomy and strong clinical support.

You will perform histories and exams, manage conditions, order tests, prescribe therapies, and document in EMR while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Licensed NP or PA in Washington.
• DEA eligible.
• New grads welcome; experience with adult/geriatric or post-acute care is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform histories, physical exams, and manage acute/chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapies.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Maintain timely EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with facility teams and peer providers.
