Are you a reliable, safety-conscious driver who enjoys working independently and being part of a supportive team? We’re looking for Local Route Drivers to deliver, remove, and repair residential trash and recycling containers using our company-supplied vehicle and mobile technology.

With our Vision mobile app, you’ll receive turn‑by‑turn navigation, complete work orders, and verify services with ease. If you’re ready to hit the road and make a difference in your community, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Operate your vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws.
• Complete daily work orders using our Vision mobile app.
• Verify service completion for each job.
• Follow assigned routes and site-specific procedures.
• Lift, push, or pull 25–50 lbs as part of your daily routine.
• Work effectively within a diverse and team-oriented environment.
• Always prioritize safety by following all company protocols.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of safe commercial driving experience.
• Previous professional truck driving experience (non‑CDL) strongly preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and MVR check.
• Must meet DOT medical card requirements.
• Familiarity with local and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions.
