Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience is helpful for teamwork, resilience, and trust-building.
• Ability to learn new tools and leverage data in the sales process.
• College degree is not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business within your assigned geography by closing sales and reaching goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by targeted outreach to decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and expand cloud-based HR solutions.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners while upholding high ethical standards.
