Job summary

Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a Local Delivery Route Driver. You will be responsible for delivering and unloading 600-1,200 cases daily, with shifts starting early mornings and typically ending with home nights and weekends.

Candidate must have a Texas Class A CDL and at least 1 year of delivery experience, plus pass background, drug test, and physical screenings. This is a full-time role in a high-transaction logistics environment.

Local Delivery Route Driver - (Home Every Night and Weekends!)

Company Overview

Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas is the tenth largest foodservice distributor in the nation. We operate in a high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food-away-from-home customers in Texas and New Mexico from 5 distribution centers. Labatt wants its Route Drivers to have the safest fleet of trucks available. Trucks are equipped with the latest suite of radar and safety technology on the market, such as: adaptive braking and collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring on all tires. All our trucks are new and with automatic transmissions that will help with a smooth ride every day.

Route Drivers Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering and unloading 600 - 1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops

Route Drivers Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience
• Must be able to provide a valid Texas Class A CDL and proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday with dispatch times between 3:00 am - 5:00 am to finish (10-12 hour shifts)
