Job summary

Trillium Drivers in Lubbock, TX is hiring a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support local deliveries and warehouse operations. The role is Monday–Friday with a 7:00 AM start, about 8 hours per day, and is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

You will handle multiple stops, touch freight, lift, push and pull, and complete paperwork while following safety procedures. A valid driving record and background check are required, with warehouse or delivery experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
• Clean MVR.
• Clean background.
• Warehouse or delivery experience preferred.
• Comfortable with touch freight and physical work.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull as needed.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-service minded.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Complete local deliveries to customer locations.
• Load and unload freight as needed.
• Perform touch freight duties, including lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Assist with warehouse duties as required.
• Complete multiple stops throughout the route.
• Operate equipment safely and professionally.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
