Job summary

Diversified is seeking a full-time warehouse/shipping driver to support delivery of equipment and materials to job sites and between Diversified warehouses. The role includes handling day-to-day warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities include processing outbound requests, unloading and receiving deliveries, and collaborating with multiple departments and warehouses to support global project

Qualifications

• Valid Driver License with clean record.
• Pass drug screening.
• Meet applicable DOT requirements (physical).
• Maintain accurate records of trips, inspections, and HOS logs for compliance and audits.
• Safely operate a 26' box truck in the Seattle-Tacoma area.
• Strong organizational skills for loading/unloading trucks.
• Knowledge of load securing within a truck.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and materials to job sites and between Diversified buildings.
• Process outbound shipping requests in a timely manner per project specs and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse facility and manage inventory control.
• Unpack, receive, and log incoming shipments; store per project specs.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies; use RF/Scan Gun for tracking.
• Route outgoing shipments and coordinate with couriers and project teams.
• Report damaged materials or discrepancies to supervisor.
