Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking a Local Delivery Driver to transport substrates, packages, and materials in a 16’ Box Truck, ensuring on-time deliveries and safe handling.

You will verify proof of delivery, maintain accurate route records, and communicate clearly with customers and dispatch. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year local delivery experience, a valid license (Class E/C/B/A), DOT certification, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of local delivery driving experience.
• Valid Class E, C, B, or A driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT Certified.
• Forklift Certification is a plus; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport items in a 16’ Box Truck.
• Handle packages to avoid damage or loss.
• Ensure timely delivery and collect proof of deliveries.
• Conduct route deliveries in efficient order.
• Report incidents or issues during deliveries.
• Follow routes and schedules while obeying traffic laws.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Assist with loading and unloading items.
