Responsibilities

Provide friendly customer service and process quotes, orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
Operate computerized registers and accurately process various forms of payment.
Pick, pack, and prepare email, phone, and online orders for delivery or customer pickup.
Perform local product deliveries and assist with shipping and receiving in a high-volume environment.
Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and ensure pricing labels are accurate and up to date.
Research vendors and prepare detailed product quotes as needed.
Maintain accurate order entry and inventory records while meeting customer needs and deadlines.
