Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a delivery driver to operate company vehicles for courteous package delivery and pickups. You will ensure shipments meet FedEx service standards and cover routes within the station’s service area with strong customer service focus.

Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED; six months courier experience is preferred. Must be 21+, able to lift 50 lbs, and read/speak English adequately to follow traffic directions and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate knowledge of the station's service area.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and directions.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operates company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick up of packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features.
• Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
• Provide related customer service functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
